Very poor service. I can't believe these types of businesses survive. The owner who answers the phone I presume is rude and didn't want the plumbing job.... Imagine getting stuck with a guy like that working at HIS own pace on your project. Not the type of worker I want to have in MY HOUSE!
Good Enough for now - If you need someone to service your cottage plumbing or heating, he'll do. Don't expect call backs, or any proactive behavior. It's best to get his cell phone number so you can follow-up and micro manage. I would change to another if I can find someone trustworthy in the north thumb area.
